About BCAGlobal

Mission Statement
BCA Global connects culinary and food professionals with career opportunities and provides the resources needed to advance the young diverse talent in the industry.

Our Mission
We encourage students of color to explore the fulfilling and challenging world of high-end food service and hospitality through on-the-job training, professional networking, guidance from industry-leading chefs and restaurateurs and by encouraging open discussions about diversity and cultural awareness with hiring managers throughout the food & beverage industry.

Our Vision
Our vision is to make young men and women of color aware of the tremendous opportunities for growth available in the food and beverage industry. The U.S. Department of Labor projects 10% growth for the food and beverage industry over the next ten years, with an estimated 400,000 new jobs being added to the sector over the same period of time. By connecting young students of color with leading chefs and food service professionals, BCAGlobal helps reduce the barriers to entry and educational costs for men and women of color seeking well-paying and sustainable careers.
