Designed for the Executive Manager who has obtained the highest level of Culinary or FOH management in a BCA approved foodservice and/or hospitality environment.  Select professional applicants shall be considered as determined after review and vote by two-thirds (2/3) majority of the Board of Directors present at a meeting at which there is a quorum.

• Six (6) years at the Executive Management level, a minimum of thirty-five (35) college credits, and a career biography.  Otherwise, ten (10) years (minimum) at the chef level and eighteen (18) months at the Executive Chef level with a career biography.

• Three (3) years at the Sous Chef or Pastry level and/or an Associate degree in Culinary Arts in addition to having eighteen (18) months at the Chef/Manager level.
• Two (2) letters of recommendation.
