BCA Global offers four levels of membership, each priced affordably and can be conveniently billed in monthly installments. Whether you have just enrolled in culinary school and are looking to explore your career potential or are a seasoned industry professional with years of experience and looking to broaden your network.

How do I join?

Becoming a BCA Global member is a straightforward process. Please review our Membership Levels and Requirements and follow the directions on our Become a Member Form. You will be asked to provide either an academic or professional reference. Once your information is reviewed and verified by our staff, you will receive an e-mail within 3-5 business days containing your membership confirmation as well as login information for the members-only section of our website, followed by promotional materials in the mail.

Executive Management Member annual dues: $360.00

Designed for Executive Managers who have obtained the highest management position at a BCA Global-approved food service institutions. Select professional applicants will be considered after a review and approval of qualifications.

Membership requirements:
1. The applicant must have six (6) years at the Executive Management level, a minimum of thirty-five (35) college credits, and a career biography. Otherwise, ten (10) years (minimum) at the chef level and eighteen (18) months at the Executive Chef level with a career biography.
2. The applicant must provide career and/or business biography and company profile.
3. The applicant must demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continuing education.
4. The applicant shall agree to comply with the BCA Global's Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

Chef / Professional Member annual dues: $300.00

Designed for mid-level professionals with a high level of expertise in culinary arts and hospitality services, this level of membership includes chefs, business owners, regional directors, design consultants, management consultants, business services, architects, interior designers, etc.

Membership Requirements:
1. The applicant must provide a career and/or business biography (e.g., resume) and company profile.
2. The applicant must have five (5) years minimum experience at the professional level of their trade and expertise.
3. The applicant must provide two (2) letters of recommendation.
4. The applicant shall agree to comply with the BCA Global's Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

Associate Member annual dues: $100.00

Designed for entry-level professionals, this membership is for individuals currently employed in an affiliated food service and/or hospitality environment in a capacity that can serve as partial qualifications for more advanced membership.

Membership requirements:
1. The applicant must be employed by a culinary arts or hospitality institution.
2. The applicant must demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continuing education.
3. The applicant shall agree to comply with the BCA Global's Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
4. The applicant must provide one (1) letters of recommendation.

Young Professional/Student Member annual dues: $50.00

Designed for young professionals and students, this membership is available to individuals under the age of 23, as well as students currently enrolled in a culinary arts or hospitality-related course of study at an accredited institution of higher learning.

Membership Requirements:
1. The applicant must be (a) a student in good standing as defined by the applicant’s educational institution, or (b) a professional under the age of 23, employed by a culinary arts or hospitality organization.
2. The applicant must agree to comply with BCA Global’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
3. The applicant must demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continuing education.
4. The applicant must provide one letter of reference
